Time is measured in the minutes and hours of your life. Your time currency is your life. Unlike money, which if spent or lost can be replaced, time is irreplaceable.

It’s common to be pressed for time whether because we’ve tried to stuff too much into a finite number of minutes or we filled our minutes with things that don’t give us much value back. Our time currency can be overlooked, but it’s vital to our well-being.

By going to work you’re trading your time for money. Quality time with loved ones is time traded for better, stronger relationships. Taking the time to cook healthy meals or to workout is trading time for better health. You can even trade time for more time by, for example, teaching your kids to do chores around the house- so you don’t have to.
